Capt'nCook is a nutritional concept developed by Dussmann Service for catering to child-care facilities: the concept is oriented on DACh nutritional standards and aims to promote healthy eating habits and an appreciation of food. The concept provides for calculation of nutrient content of meal plans and integrates special diets. Dussmann Service adapts the catering concept to the needs of each individual facility and can include investment in kitchen equipment and dining room decoration. Site-specific organic certification is possible.
