Kursana Domicile Lingen: Opening of Seniors’ Facilities near the Kurpark

01/15/2007 – A New Home for 140 Seniors
 

On 15 January 2007, the Kursana Domicile Lingen was opened. The location of the seniors' facilities near the Kurpark is quiet and idyllic and is right next to the Hedon Clinic. It offers 140 places - 112 in large single rooms, 28 in double rooms. The three-storey building has modern rooms and bathrooms, a restaurant, a chapel and a comfortable lobby.
The Domicile Lingen is one of the 80 Kursana institutions in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Estonia and provides a complete range of nursing and care. One main focus is nursing and care of dementia patients. The Kursana domicile therefore posses a protective station on the ground floor for up to 38 residents suffering from dementia. Two separate sections for special care and therapy and the garden in the courtyard ensure optimal care and nursing conditions. There are 10 places for short term care.

The Kursana Domicile welcomes visitors for inspection of the facilities and advice and is happy to make an appointment. On 28 January 2007, there will be an open day and everyone from Lingen and the surrounding area is invited. After Easter, there will be an opening celebration and a blessing of the facilities.
