The Berlin Music High School Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach

The music high school Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach is located in Berlin-Mitte and offers especially talented young musicians a musical education that is unique in Germany.

Since 1950, lecturers and professors of both of the Berlin music academies, the Hochschule für Musik Hans Eisler and the Universität der Künste, have taught here to prepare the students for professional instrumental university courses. The Musikgymnasium has produced a number of renowned soloists.

Among other things, the Dussmann Group made a financial contribution to the conversion of the auditorium into a concert hall and its equipment.
