Culture Needs Friends

Over the past years, many projects have been supported and sponsored by the Dussmann Group or the Dussmann Foundation.

The foundation “Ascholdinger Nachmittag” effects this purpose through “the provision of funds for the conservation, restoration and reconstruction of historical buildings which are open to the public”. The aims of the foundation also include the restoration of historical, objects. These aims have been achieved repeatedly in both Berlin and Saxony through restoration of historical buildings and renovation or reconstruction of church organs, fountains and bronze statues.
